The quality information display feature (Worst 10) allows for the extraction of the worst 10 NG (non-conformance) items at each process. This helps in understanding NG trends and considering countermeasures. The quality daily report output (automatically generated) can extract the worst 2 NG items for each line over a specified period. It is also possible to extract the overall worst 3 NG items.
